The Pemaquid Watershed Association (PWA) is pleased to welcome Amelia Fogg as this year’s Maine Conservation Corps (MCC) AmeriCorps Member and PWA Education Coordinator. Amelia provides us with this introduction:

I grew up in Pittsford, New York, and graduated from Colby College in Waterville, ME. I have been a nature lover and outdoor enthusiast since I was young, when I would go exploring in the woods with my family. I fell in love with the state of Maine when I visited a friend’s family home in Lubec, and became even more connected to the area when I went to college in Waterville. I hope to pursue a career in environmental education, combining my interests in people and communities with my love for the natural world.
