MidCoast Kayak (Damariscotta) is pleased to offer PWA members $10 off each
kayak rental. With the discount, a sea kayak rental for a half day is $20 and full day is $35;
recreation kayaks are half day $15 and full day $25. Free delivery within 30
minutes of Damariscotta (longer delivery negotiable), or renters may pick up
the boats at the store, which is next to the Damariscotta-Newcastle bridge
(straps and pads available at no charge). Rental gear includes paddle, life
vest, chart, pump and float. Early in the season, wetsuits are available at

Maine Kayak (New Harbor) is pleased to offer PWA members a 15% discount for
kayak rentals (recreational or touring, singles or tandems). All rentals
include paddle, PFD, safety kit, and personal paddling gear (wetsuit, splash
top, booties, dry bag, etc.). Free delivery within 10 miles of New Harbor,
or renters may pick up the gear at the New Harbor base at 113 Huddle Rd
(kayak carrying system provided - no roof rack needed). Half-day rentals
start at $30 (with the discount) including everything.
